摘  要:交联聚乙烯(XLPE)电缆绝缘的水树老化是导致其绝缘水平下降与运行寿命缩短的主要因素之一,随着电缆敷设里程与运行年限的不断增加,城市电网中因水树而导致的电缆"老龄化"问题也日益突出。而绝缘修复技术能够明显提升水树老化电缆的绝缘性能,延长其使用寿命。本文阐述了绝缘修复技术的原理、应用优势,回顾了修复技术的发展历程,介绍了修复技术的成功应用案例,分析了大规模使用修复技术亟待解决的问题,以期对修复技术的未来发展与工业应用提供借鉴。Water tree ageing of insulation is one of the main reasons for the degradation of insulation levels and reduction of service life of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) cables. With the increase of the laying lengths and service life of cables, the ageing problems of cables caused by water treeing in urban power grids are becoming increasingly prominent. Insulation rejuvenation technology can obviously improve the insulation performance of water tree aged cables and extend their service life. In this paper,the mechanisms, advantages, and development of water tree rejuvenation technology were summarized,and the successful application cases were introduced. Finally, the unresolved problems in large-scale applications were discussed, which can provide references for the future development and industrial application of rejuvenation technology.
