摘 要:利用不饱和聚酯亚胺、环氧树脂和高闪点环保活性稀释剂研制出环保型聚酯亚胺改性环氧浸渍绝缘漆。首先测试了不同稀释剂对绝缘漆和线棒电性能的影响,然后测试了该高压绝缘漆的常规性能,并研究了该浸渍绝缘漆对绝缘结构的要求,最后试验了浸漆工艺对10 kV线棒电性能的影响。结果表明:该改性环氧浸渍绝缘漆在保持环氧优良电性能的同时,解决了环氧酸酐体系绝缘漆贮存稳定性差的问题,而且消除了苯乙烯等稀释剂的慢性危害和潜在的致癌性。A polyester-imide modified epoxy resin insulating varnish was prepared from unsaturated polyester imide, epoxy resin, and active diluent with high flash point. Firstly, the influence of different diluents on the electrical performance of insulating varnish and winding bar was tested. Secondly, the basic performance of the insulating varnish was tested, and its requirements on the insulation structure were studied.Finally, the influence of VPI technology on the electrical performance of 10 kV winding bars was tested.The results show that the modified epoxy impregnating varnish retains the excellent electric properties of epoxy resin, solves the poor storage stability problem of epoxy anhydride system, and eliminates the chronic hazard and potential carcinogenicity of styrene and other diluents.
