摘  要:选用丙烯酸树脂齐聚物作为基体,同时添加光引发剂、增黏树脂、活性稀释剂以及其他助剂制备了光学透明压敏胶膜,通过测试光学透明(OCA)压敏胶膜的力学性能、光学性能和耐老化性,研究丙烯酸树脂齐聚物、增黏树脂、活性稀释剂等对OCA压敏胶膜性能的影响。结果表明:当预聚体CN120A60、CN3002、CN965A80的质量比为1∶2∶4、光引发剂(BP)含量为4.5%、增黏树脂(PIB)含量为9%、活性稀释剂SR306、SR601的含量分别为4%和4%时(均相对于聚氨酯丙烯酸酯质量),制得的OCA压敏胶膜具有优异的成膜性和耐老化性,其透光率可达99.99%,折射率达到1.512(波长为550 nm),初粘力为9号球,180°剥离强度为0.82 kN/m,持粘力为24 h。Using acrylic resin oligomer as matrix, an optical clear pressure sensitive adhesive(OCA) film was prepared by adding photoinitiator, tackifying resin, reactive diluent, and other additives. Its mechanical properties, optical properties, and ageing resistance were tested, and the effects of acrylic resin oligomer, tackifying resin, and reactive diluent on the properties of the OCA film were studied. The results show that when the mass ratio of prepolymer CN120 A60, CN3002, and CN965 A80 is 1∶2∶4, the content of photoinitiator(BP) is 4.5%, the content of tackifying resin(PIB) is 9%, and the contents of reactive dilutes SR306 and SR601 both are 4%(relative to the mass of polyurethane acrylate), the OCA film has excellent film-forming property and ageing resistance. Its light transmittance reaches to 99.99%, the refractive index reaches to 1.512(under the wavelength of 550 nm), the initial tack reaches to 9-ball, the 180°peel strength reaches to 0.82 kN/m, and the permanent adhesion is 24 h.
