摘 要:本文基于dsPIC33EV型数字信号控制器进行了400Hz幅值可调数字逆变器的设计。通过控制器生成sPwM波,经过驱动器驱动单相逆变全桥,再通过Lc滤波得到正弦波;对输入模拟电压进行采集.通过改变调制比来调节输出电压。本文利用较高的载波频率降低输出波形畸变率;设计了离线开关时间表,提高了硬件工作效率和调制准确性;采用滤波算法去除窄的驱动脉冲.提高了电路工作的可靠程度。仿真验证了SPWM算法是有效的。试验结果表明,所设计的逆变器能够满足要求。An amplitude- adjustable digital inverter working at the frequency of 400Hz is designed based on dsPIC33EV digital signal controller. SPWM wave is generated through the controller and then used to drive the single phase inverting full bridge by drivers, and sine wave can be obtained by LC filter, the amplitude of output wave varies with the modulation ratio, which is controlled by the input analog voltage. High carrier wave frequency is used to re- duce THD of output wave; an offline switch time table is designed to improve efficiency of hardware and accuracy of modulation; narrow driving pulses are removed by filtering algorithm, and reliability can be improved. It can be proved by simulations that the algorithm of SPWM works well. The tests show that the inverter designed satisfies the demands.
