摘 要:本文设计了一种基于Si9979驱动芯片的三相无刷直流电机驱动电路。为提高电路的稳定性和可靠性,采用了高速光耦HCPL-0630对控制信号进行隔离;设计了可编程电流保护电路。对比分析了Si9979驱动芯片的多种驱动模式,重点介绍了单极性工作方式的三相无刷直流电机驱动的电路设计。验证实验表明,该驱动电路驱动Maxon 136209型高速无刷直流电机负载时工作稳定可靠。A three phase brushless DC motor drive circuit based on Si9979 driver chip is designed. In order to im- prove the stability and reliability of the circuit, high speed optical coupler HCPL-0630 is used to isolate the control signal and a programmable protection circuit is designed. The driving modes of Si9979 driver chip are analyzed and compared. The circuit design of three-phase brushless DC motor driven based on unipolarity working mode is mainly introduced. The experiment shows that the circuit is stable and reliable in application and can properly drive Maxon 136209 high-speed brushless DC motor.
