摘  要:为实现国外对标公司28V抗辐照DC/DC变换器全系列国产化替代的目标,本文将磁隔离双向传输技术应用于DC/DC变换器设计中,对稳态设计、过流保护电路设计和抗辐照加固设计等关键技术进行研究。以15W系列为例,通过仿真分析和产品验证结果表明,基于磁隔离双向传输技术的抗辐照DC/DC变换器可实现与国外同类产品Pin—to—Pin互换,为我国空间电源国产化提供了重要保障。In order to achieve the localization of a full range of 28V output radiation hardened DC/DC converters in foreign countries, tht magnetic isolation bidirectional transmission technology is applied to DC/DC converter design, focuses on some key technologies such as steady state design, overcurrent protection circuit design and radiation hard- ened design. Take the power of 15W series of DC/DC converter as example, through the simulation analysis and prod- uct verification, the results show that the radiation hardened DC/DC converter based on magnetic isolation bidirec- tional transmission technology can realize pin-to-pin interchange with foreign similar products. It provides an impor- tant guarantee for the localization of space power supply in China.
