摘 要:针对传统浪涌抑制电路的适用范围不够或低温难以启动的缺点,提出了一种增加温度补偿电路、温度特性修正电阻网络、延时控制开关等的基于NTCR的浪涌电流抑制电路。分析了该电路的工作原理和主要特性,给出了相关的计算公式。最后研制了一台功率为500W、输入电容为18万微法的电源样机,通过实验验证了该电路结构相关设计的正确性。Traditional surge suppression circuit has shortcoming of insufficient application range or low temperature is difficult to start. In this paper, NTCR-based surge current suppression circuit is proposed. The product contains the compensation circuit for increasing temperature, temperature characteristic correction resistor network, delay control switch. The operating principle and main characteristics of the circuit are analyzed, and the relevant calculation for- mulas are given. Finally, a power prototype with a power of 500W and an input capacitance of 180,000 microfarads is developed. The design of the circuit structure is verified by experiments.
