益气活血通络汤联合西药治疗老年原发性高血压临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血通络汤联合西药治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法:选取116例老年气滞血瘀型原发性高血压患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各58例,2组均常规给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片、厄贝沙坦胶囊、氢氯噻嗪片控制血压,观察组在此基础上加用益气活血通络汤治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。观察并比较2组的临床疗效、血压、不良反应情况与血清中转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率94.8%,对照组总有效率77.6%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前下降(P <0.05);观察组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组(P <0.05)。2组血清中TGF-β_1和VEGF水平均较治疗前下降(P <0.05);观察组血清中TGF-β_1和VEGF水平均低于对照组(P <0.05)。2组患者均未出现严重的不良反应。结论:以益气活血通络汤联合西药治疗老年气滞血瘀型原发性高血压患者可有效改善临床症状、控制血压、提高临床疗效,具有较大的临床借鉴意义。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo tang combined with western medicine for senile primary hypertension. Methods： Selected 116 cases of patients with senile primary hypertension of qi stagnation and blood stasis type, and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly, 58 cases in each group. The two groups received routine treatment of amlodipine besylate tablets, irbesartan capsules and hydrochlorothiazide tablets to control blood pressure, while the observation group additionally received Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo tang. The two groups were treated for four weeks continuously. Observed and compared the clinical effect,blood pressure,adverse reactions and levels of transforming growth factor β1（TGF-β1） in serum and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in the two groups. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate was 94.8% in the observation group and 77.6% in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Levels of TGF-β1 and VEGF in serum of the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）,and levels of TGF-β1 and VEGF in serum of the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. No serious adverse reaction was found in the two groups. Conclusion：The therapy of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo tang combined with western medicine for senile primary hypertension of qi stagnation and blood stasis type can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,control blood pressure and improve the clinical effect,which serves as significant reference for clinical practice.
