绍派伤寒名医邵兰荪治疗时病用药特色探析

摘　　要：邵兰荪先生是绍兴清末民初著名医家,是绍派伤寒代表人物之一。作者通过研读《邵兰荪累验医案》,并参考相关文献,对其治疗时病的用药特色进行分析,发现邵氏用药轻灵、善于化湿、重视药物炮制与产地、喜用鲜药,其用药经验值得借鉴,以期能对当今临床有所裨益。SHAO Lansun,a famous medical practitioner from Shaoxing during the late Qing dynasty and the early Republican period,is one of the representatives of SHAO＇s Shanghan. The authors analyzed the medication features of SHAO Lansun while treating seasonal diseases by studying SHAO Lansun＇s Repeatedly Verified Medical Cases and referring to relevant literature. It has been found that SHAO tended to medicate mildly and flexibly,excel in dispersing dampness and emphasize the medicinal processing and producing area,use fresh medicine. Its medication experience is well worth consulting,so it is expected to contribute to the clinical practice nowadays.
