摘  要:为对高二学生的生涯适应力进行群体类型分析以便对其进一步干预,本研究对366名高二学生的生涯适应力测评结果进行潜在剖面分析.结果发现:1)根据各指标拟合程度及6维度得分,将高二学生生涯适应力群体类型分为生涯适应力保守型、生涯适应力盲目型和生涯适应力灵活型3种,这3种类型占总体比重分别为56.01%、24.04%和19.95%.2)高二学生生涯适应力总体发展水平较好.3)高二学生男、女生生涯适应力发展较均衡,呈共同发展趋势.因此,对于提高这三种不同类型的群体的生涯适应力,我们可以对症下药:灵活型群体可以着重提升生涯控制力;保守型群体各维度能力都需全面提高;盲目型应在培养5个维度能力基础上,提升生涯控制力.For high school juniors career adaptability for further intervention group type analysis, potential profile of the career adaptability evaluation results of 366 high school students are analyzed. Results : 1 ) According to the fitting degree of each index and the score of 6 dimensions, high school juniors career adaptability type tendency can be divided into three types: career adaptability conservative, career adaptability blind and career adaptability flexible, which are accounting for 56.01%, 56.01% and 24.04% of the total, respectively. 2) High school juniors career adaptability level of overall development is good. 3 ) Junior boys and girls in the aspect of the development of the career adaptability are balanced with the common development trend. Therefore, for improvement of the career adaptability of these three different types of groups, we can remedy the problem. The group with flexible career adaptability focus on improving career control, while that with blind career adaptability should improve their career control based on the ability to cultivate five dimensions.
