摘 要:试验研究饲粮添加不同水平的果寡糖(FOS)对奥尼罗非鱼(Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus)生长性能、血清生化指标和肠道菌群的影响。选用体重10 g左右的奥尼罗非鱼540尾随机分成6个组,每组3个重复,每个重复30尾。在基础饲粮中分别添加0%(对照组)、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%的FOS,进行为期8周的饲养试验。结果表明,与对照组比较,0.4%FOS组和0.5%FOS组的奥尼罗非鱼相对增重率分别显著提高24.45%(P<0.05)和28.27%(P<0.05),饵料系数分别显著降低13.87%(P<0.05)和18.98%(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,添加FOS组鱼血清TG、GLU、GLO、AST、ALT、LDH和ALP无显著差异(P>0.05);血清总蛋白、白蛋白含量呈上升趋势,其中0.4%FOS和0.5%FOS组显著提高(P<0.05);肠道双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数显著增加(P<0.05),大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌数显著降低(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加FOS可改善奥尼罗非鱼生长性能,增加鱼肠道有益菌,降低有害菌数量,其中FOS的适宜添加量为0.4%~0.5%。The present experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of fructooligosaccharide (FOS)on the growth performance,serum biochemical indices and intestinal microflora of hybrid tilapia(Oreocbromis niloticus × O.aureus). 540 titapias about 10 g in initial body weight were selected and randomly divided into six groups with three repeats for each group, thirty each repeats. Diets adding 0% (control group),0.1% ,0.2%, 0.3% ,0.4% and 0.5% FOS were fed respectively for 8 weeks. The results showed that rel- ative weight gain rates of tilapias were significantly increased 24.45% (1)〈0.05) and 28.27% (P〈0.05), FCR were significantly decreased 13.87%(P〈0.05) and 18.98% (P〈0.05) respectively in diets adding 0.4% FOS and 0.5% FOS comparing with control group. There were no significant difference in serum TG, GLU, GLO, AST, ALT, LDH and ALP in FOS groups compared with the control group(P〉0.05). With the increase of fructooligosaccharide, serum total protein and albumin contents increased, among them, serum total protein, albumin contents were significantly higher than control group in diets add- ing 0.4% FOS and 0.5% FOS(P〈0.05). Intestinal bifidobacterium, lactobacillus in 0.4% FOS, 0.5% FOS group were significantly increased comparing with the control group, and E. eoli, Salmonella, sig- nificantly lower than the control group (P〈O.05). The FOS of propriate dosage in diet is suggested to be 0.4%-0.5% for tilapia(Oreochromis niloticusXO.aureus).
