摘　　要：目的:探讨优化院内救护流程对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者救护效果的影响。方法:将2016年7月至2017年11月,在昆明医科大学第三附属医院接受救护的147例STEMI患者分为优化组75例和对照组72例。对照组采用传统救护流程,优化组采用优化院内救护流程,比较两组患者的各环节救护时间、心功能情况、病死率及满意度。结果:与对照组比较,优化组患者的病情评估时间、初步抢救时间、导管室启动时间、D2B时间、住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05),LVEF水平和救护满意度明显升高(P<0.05),以及死亡率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:STEMI救护流程优化可有效提高STEMI患者的抢救效率,使服务质量得到显著提升。Objective： To explore the effect of optimizing the hospital rescue flow on the effectiveness of the patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction（ STEMI） Methods： From July 2016 to November 2017,147 patients with STEMI who were rescued at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were divided into optimization group（ n = 75） and control group（ n = 72） In the control group,the traditional rescue flow was adopted,and the optimization group was used to optimize the hospital rescue process. The rescue time,heart function,mortality and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results：Compared with the control group,the time of evaluation,the initial rescue time,the starting time of the catheter room,the time of D2 B and the time of hospitalization were obviously shortened（ P〈0.05）,LVEF level and satisfaction increased significantly（ P〈0.05）,and the mortality rate decreased significantly（ P〈0.05） Conclusion： The optimization of the STEMI rescue process can effectively improve the rescue efficiency of STEMI patients and significantly improve service quality.
