摘  要:光电检测电路噪声性能是影响磁力仪灵敏度的重要因素。基于M_x型铯光泵磁力仪光电信号的特点,对磁力仪光电检测电路噪声来源进行分析,建立了基于跨阻放大电路的等效噪声模型,推导出电路信噪比及输出噪声频谱特性,并分析各噪声分量在总噪声中的比重;根据磁力仪拉莫尔信号频带范围,设计研制了具有低噪声性能的光电检测电路并应用于铯光泵磁力仪。测试结果表明,所提噪声模型理论分析和实验结果一致,基于跨阻放大的光电检测电路,其低频段噪声主要由等效电流噪声决定,随着频率升高,放大器等效电压噪声逐渐起主要作用。进一步的野外实验表明,基于光电检测电路所研制的光泵磁力仪噪声达0.6 pT/√Hz,与国外同类产品CS-VL水平相当。The noise performance of photoelectric detection circuit is the important factor affecting the sensitivity of the magnetometer. Based on the characteristics of the photoelectric signal of the M_x type optically pumped cesium magnetometer, this paper analyzes the noise sources of the photoelectric detection circuit of the magnetometer and establishes the equivalent noise model based on trans-impedance amplifier circuit. The signal to noise ratio and the output noise spectrum characteristics of the circuit are deduced, and the proportion of each noise component in the total noise is analyzed. According to the operating frequency band range of the magnetometer Larmor signal, a photoelectric detection circuit with low noise performance was developed and applied to optically pumped cesium magnetometer. The test results show that the theoretical analysis of the noise model proposed in this paper is consistent with the experimental result. The low-frequency noise of the photoelectric detection circuit based on trans-impedance amplifier is mainly determined by the equivalent current noise. As the frequency increases, the amplifier equivalent voltage noise gradually plays a major role. Further field experiments show that the noise level of the developed optically pumped magnetometer based on the proposed photoelectric detection circuit is 0.6 pT/√Hz, which has reached the level of similar foreign product CS-VL.
