布洛陀壮族H型高血压与颈动脉粥样斑块的相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨田阳县布洛陀壮族H型高血压与颈动脉粥样斑块的关系。方法:选取2015年1月至2015年12月,我院收治的高血压患者150例作为对象,患者入院后采用彩色多普勒超声测定患者的颈动脉内膜中层厚度(cIMT)。根据颈动脉粥样硬化程度分为cIMT正常组(n=45),cIMT增厚组(n=65)和颈动脉斑块形成组(n=40)。三组均测定血清Hcy、Cyst-C、UA、尿素氮及Scr水平。结果:cIMT正常组血清Hcy、Cyst-C、UA水平,低于cIMT增厚组及颈动脉斑块形成组(P<0.05);cIMT增厚组患者血清Hcy、Cyst-C、UA水平,低于颈动脉斑块形成组(P<0.05);相关性分析结果表明:cIMT厚度与血清Hcy、Cyst-C、UA、Scr水平呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:田阳县布洛陀壮族H型高血压患者血清Hcy、Cyst-C、UA是cIMT的相关因素,能为颈动脉粥样硬化的预测提供依据,值得推广应用。Objective： To investigate the relationship between H-type hypertension and carotid artery atherosclerosis in the Zhuang people of Buluotuo,Tianyang County. Methous： One hundred and fifty patients with hypertension admitted to the department between January 2015 and December 2015 were selected as subjects. After the patient was admitted to hospital,the carotid artery intima-media thickness（ cIMT） was measured using a color Doppler ultrasound system. According to the degree of carotid atherosclerosis were divided into normal cIMT group（ n = 45）,cIMT thickening group（ n = 65） and carotid plaque formation group（ n = 40）Serum Hcy,Cyst-C,UA,urea nitrogen,and creatinine（ Scr） levels were measured in all three groups. Results： Serum levels of Hcy,Cyst-C and UA in the normal cIMT group were lower than those in the cIMT thickening group and carotid plaque formation group（ P〈0. 05） Serum Hcy,Cyst-C and UA levels in the cIMT thickening group were low. In the carotid plaque formation group（ P〈0. 05）,the correlation analysis showed that the thickness of cIMT was positively correlated with serum Hcy,Cyst-C,UA,and Scr levels（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Serum Hcy,Cyst-C,and UA levels in H-type hypertensive patients of the Buluotuo Zhuang Nationality in Tianyang County are related factors of cIMT,which can provide a basis for the prediction of carotid atherosclerosis and are worthy of popularization and application.
