解读JJG(铁道)208—2017《超偏载装置计量车》

摘　　要：超偏载装置计量车是检定铁道货车超偏载检测装置的计量标准器。JJG (铁道) 208—2017 《超偏载装置计量车》主要技术指标依据JJG (铁道) 129—2004 《铁道货车超偏载检测装置》确定。在介绍JJG (铁道) 208—2017制定背景和主要内容的基础上,分析偏重差、整车重心偏离量、转向架重心偏离量、检定方法、检定周期等技术要点。提出建立计量车量值传递与溯源体系、修订JJG (铁道) 129—2004的建议。The metrology vehicle of Detecting Device for Overload and Unbalance Load is a standard gauge to verifythe overloading unbalanced loading detecting device in railway wagons. The main technical index of JJG（Rail-way） 208—2017 Metrology Vehicle of Detecting Device for Overload and Unbalance Load is defined based on the JJG（Railway） 129—2004 Detecting Device for Overload and Unbalance Load of Rail Wagons. By introducing the back-ground and main contents of JJG（Railway） 208—2017,the Article analyzes key technical points including unbal-anced load difference, deviation of a complete vehicle′s center of gravity,deviation of a bogie′s center of gravity,verification method and verification cycle,etc. It proposes to establish a measurement value transmission and trace-ability system and revise JJG（Railway） 129—2004.
