广西贵港市2008-2016年手足口病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析贵港市2008-2016年手足口病流行特征,探讨手足口病防控对策。方法收集贵港市2008-2016年各级医疗机构报告的手足口病报告卡信息及实验室Real-time PCR检测结果,应用Excel(2003版)软件进行统计分析。结果 2008-2016年贵港市共报告手足口病病例57 136例,年平均发病率为151.03/10万,死亡28例,年平均死亡率为0.07/10万。4~7月为发病高峰,9~11月有发病小高峰;男性发病多于女性,男女性别比为1.64∶1;以5岁以下散居儿童为主,占96.27%。病原检测显示重症及死亡病例以感染EV 71为主。结论贵港市2008-2016年手足口病发病呈逐年升高态势,近年维持较高发病水平。今后应重点针对5岁以下散居儿童采取以接种EV 71疫苗为主的综合防治措施,切实控制手足口病疫情。Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of hand-mouth-foot disease（ HFMD） from 2008 to 2016 in Guigang and explore the prevention and control countermeasures of HFMD. Methods The report card information and lab real-time PCR test results of HFMD from the medical institutions at all levels in Guigang from 2008 to 2016 wre collected and Excel office software（ 2003 version were used for statistical analysis）. Results From 2008 to 2016,a total of 57 136 cases of HFMD were reported in Guigang,with an average annual incidence of 151. 03/100 000 and 28 deaths and an average annual mortality rate of 0. 07/100 000. The incidence peaked from April to July,followed by September - November; the incidence of males was higher than that of females; the male to female ratio of the cases was 1. 64∶ 1. Most of the incidence of HFMD were among children under 5 years old,which accounted for 96. 27% of the total. The pathogenic test showed that the severe and fatal cases were mainly infected with EV 71 virus. Conclusion The incidence rate of HFMD in Guigang has been increasing year by year from2008 to 2016,and remaining a high level in recent years. In the future,it is necessary to focus on the comprehensive prevention and control measures based on vaccination against EV 71 vaccine for diaspors children under the age of five to effectively control the outbreak of HFMD.
