摘  要:目的了解某综合性医院收治的传染病种类及分布特点,为探索医院传染病预防控制工作提供依据。方法运用描述性流行病学方法对某医院2013-2016年在中国疾病预防控制信息系统报告的传染病病例资料进行统计分析。结果 2013-2016年某医院共报告法定传染病30种7 882例,其中消化道传染病占45.66%,呼吸道传染病占37.82%,血源性及性传播疾病占16.24%,虫媒及自然疫源性疾病占0.82%;医院诊治排序前5位的传染病分别是其它感染性腹泻病、流行性感冒、水痘、细菌性痢疾、手足口病;主要分布于感染性疾病科、内科、儿科、皮肤性病科等。结论只有采取多种措施,才能有效加强综合性医院的传染病防控。Objective To understand the characteristics of the species and distribution of infectious diseases in a comprehensive hospital,and provide basic information for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in hospital. Methods Descriptive epidemiology method was used to analyze the report in a hospital between 2013 and 2016 in the system of disease prevention and control of infectious diseases in China. Results From 2013 to 2016,the hospital reported a total of 7 882 cases of infectious diseases,of which 45. 66% was gastrointestinal infectious diseases,respiratory infectious diseases accounting for 37. 82%,blood and sexually transmitted diseases accounting for 16. 24%,biological media transmitted diseases accounting for 0. 82%; the top five infectious diseases in the hospital were infectious diarrhea,influenza,varicella,bacillary dysentery,and hand-foot-mouth disease. Those diseases were mainly distributed in infectious diseases department,internal medicine department,pediatrics department,dermatology and so on. Conclusion Only by taking various measures can we effectively strengthen the prevention and control of infectious diseases in general hospitals.
