摘  要:回顾和比较不同储存条件对血小板止血功效的影响,为临床提供实验依据。室温(20~24℃)存储使得血小板止血功能受损;4℃条件下冷藏储存的血小板可以更加有效地止血;而定期复温冷藏(温度循环)可以将冷藏保存血小板的止血功效与室温保存条件下血小板的较长循环时间有机结合起来;替代的液体储存包括冻干法,也可以达到有效的止血疗效。目前很多替代选择正在探索中,其安全性和功效有待进一步确认。因此,应继续探讨和优化不同治疗目的下相应的血小板存储方法。To review and compare the effects of different storage conditions on the hemostatic efficacy of platelets,and provide experimental evidence for clinical practice. Storage at room temperature( 20 - 24 ℃) impairs platelet hemostatic function; platelets stored under refrigeration at 4 ℃ can stop hemostasis more effectively; and regular rewarming and refrigerating( temperature cycling) can preserve hemostatic efficacy of cryopreserved platelets and room temperature storage conditions. The longer circulation time of platelets is organically combined; alternative fluid storage,including lyophilization,can also achieve effective hemostatic efficacy. At present, many alternatives are being explored, and their safety and efficacy are yet to be further confirmed. Therefore,we should continue to explore and optimize the corresponding platelet storage methods for different therapeutic purposes.
