云南大理州儿童含麻疹成分疫苗首针接种率调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解大理州儿童首针含麻疹成分疫苗(Measles Containing Vaccine,MCV)接种情况,分析未接种原因,为制定消除麻疹策略提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样方法调查大理州1 460名8月龄~6岁儿童的首针MCV接种情况。结果大理州MCV首针接种率为98.49%,不同县介于95.57%~100.00%之间,不同年龄组介于99.40%~99.77%之间。及时接种率为62.67%,不同县介于50.85%~73.57%之间,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=34.11,P<0.01),不同年龄组介于59.35%~68.06%之间,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.90,P<0.01)。首针未接种原因以"孩子患病未去接种"为主,占40.91%。结论大理州MCV首针接种率较高,但及时接种率较低,应采取针对性的措施提高MCV首针及时接种率。Objective To understand the situation of inoculation of Measles Containing Vaccine（ MCV） in the first dose of children in Dali Prefecture to analyze the reasons for non-vaccination,and to provide scientific basis for the development of a strategy to eliminate measles. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate the first needle MCV vaccination of 1 460 children aged 8 months to 6 years in Dali Prefecture. Results The rate of MCV first needle vaccination in Dali Prefecture was 98. 49%,and that of different counties was between 95. 57% and 100. 00%,and between 99. 40% and 99. 77% among different age groups. The timely vaccination rate was 62. 67%,ranging from 50. 85% to 73. 57% among different counties,and the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 34. 11,P〈0. 01）. The rate was between 59. 35% and 68. 06% among different age groups,and the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 9. 90,P〈0. 01）. The main reason why the first needle was not inoculated was based on ＂the child did not get sick＂,accounting for 40. 91%. Conclusion The initial immunization rate of MCV was higher,but the timely immunization rate was relatively low. Effective interventions should be implemented to improve the timely vaccination rate of MCV.
