摘　　要：阳光穿透乌云，仿佛有人暂停所有的“广告时间”，等待着“邻里一家亲”这场大戏拉开序幕，最初的细密的小雨也因人们热情而拨开乌云见晴天。近日，在清澈明亮的童声朗诵声中，2018年青岛市邻居节启动仪式在青岛市李沧区的星光剧场正式拉开序幕。Recently, the launching ceremony of the 2018 O ingdao Neighbor Festival officially kicked off in the Starlight Theater in Licang District, Q ingdao. It is reported that this year＇s Q ingdao Neighbor Festival is themed ＂Advocating Virtue and Etiquette · Happy Community＂. Licang District was set as the main venue, and relevant activities will take place simultaneously at branch venues of each district and county. In just 15 days, the city has successively launched more than 2,000 activities such as ＂My Neighbor is an Academician＂, ＂the Best Neighbor＂, the construction of civilized families, the neighborhood culture display, the community volunteer service, etc.
