摘　　要：结合工程实例阐释了住宅区规划设计时的日照分析方法,以及鉴于日照分析下的建筑布局设计。通过对被遮挡物的受损分析、遮挡责任分配的分析、被遮挡户的受损补偿等条件下,最终确定可行有利的规划设计方法。In this paper, the method of sunshine distribution analysis in the planning and design of residential area and the architectural layout design under sunshine analysis are explained with an engineering example. Through the analysis of the damage of the occluded object, the analysis of the distribution of the occlusion responsibility, and the damage compensation of the occluded household, the feasible and beneficial planning and design method is finally determined.
