人性化护理理念应用于剖宫产围手术期的护理效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理理念应用于剖宫产围手术期的护理效果。方法:将82例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各41例,观察组采用人性化护理,对照组采用常规护理,观察两组护理效果。结果:观察组手术时间、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组宣教、环境、态度、操作等护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:将人性化护理应用于剖宫产围手术期具有显著的护理效果,值得临床推广。Objective： To investigate the nursing effect of humanistic nursing concept in perioperative period of cesarean section. Methods： 82 cases of puerperant who receiving cesarean section were randomly divided in observation group （41 cases） and control group （41 cases）, the observation group received humanistic nursing while control group accepted conventional nursing, observed the nursing effect of the two groups. Results： The operation time, off-bed activity time, anus exhaust time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group （P〈0.01）; the complication incidence of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）; the nursing satisfaction scores of education, environment, service and operation were significantly higher than those of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The application of humanistic nursing in perioperative period of cesarean section has significant nursing effect and deserves clinical promotion.
