自拟慢盆方治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟慢盆方治疗80例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年11月~2017年11月就诊广东省第二中医院盆腔炎性疾病后遗症80例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组给予自拟慢盆方汤剂口服,对照组予金刚藤胶囊口服,观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效及症状积分变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者的症状积分且均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后的症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟慢盆方用于治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效显著,值得临床进一步的研究和推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Self-Made Man Pen Decoction for the treatment of 80 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflam- matory disease. Methods： From November 2016 to November 2017, 80 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae were randomly divided in- to treatment group （n=40） and control group （n=40）.The treatment group were treated by self-made Man Pen Decoction. The control group was treat- ed by Jingangteng capsules. The clinical efficacy and the symptom scores were observed before and after treatment.Results： After treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. The symptom score of the treatment group was sig- nificantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of Self-Made Man Pen Decoction on the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease is remark- able, and it deserves further study and promotion.
