摘  要:电力系统强迫功率振荡是由持续的周期性扰动源引发的,基于提高系统阻尼的传统低频振荡抑制方法并不能完全抑制强迫功率振荡。为此提出了一种基于谐振控制器(resonant controller,RC)的静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)抑制强迫功率振荡的方法,利用RC在中心频率处可提供无穷大增益、从而能够无静差跟踪正弦量的特点,有效抑制强迫功率振荡。通过建立系统功率模型和推导传递函数分析强迫功率振荡机理,在此基础上理论证明了所提方法的抑制原理。然后设计基于RC的STATCOM控制策略,并分析所提方法对STATCOM直流母线电压波动的影响。在典型的单机无穷大系统和四机两区系统中的仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性和可行性。Forced power oscillation of the power system is caused by continuous periodic disturbance source, which could not be completely suppressed by traditional low-frequency oscillation suppression methods based on improving system damping. Therefore, this paper presents a kind of method for suppressing forced power oscillation by using the static synchronous com- pensator (STATCOM) based on the resonant controller (RC) which is to take advantages of the RC providing infinite gain at center frequency and tracking sinusoidal signal without static error so as to effectively suppress forced power oscillation. By building the system power model and deducing transfer functions, it analyzes mechanism of forced power oscillation and proves suppression principles of the proposed method in theory. Then it designs the STATCOM control strategy based on RC and analyzes influence of the proposed method on STATCOM DC bus voltage fluctuation. Simulation results on the basis of typical single machine infinite bus system and the four-machines and two-areas system have verified effectiveness and feasi- bility of the proposed method.
