摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,互联网已经彻底渗透到了生活的方方面面,人们也进入到了大数据时代。由于技术的影响,电子文件归档存储和数据挖掘方面发生了转变。为此,主要利用SWOT分析法,分析在大数据时代背景下,云计算对电子文件集成和安全保存等方面产生的影响,剖析技术冲击对电子文件的积极和消极作用。With the development of information technology, the Internet has thoroughly penetrated into all aspects of life, and people have entered the era of big data. Due to the impact of technology, there has been a shift in electronic file archiving and data mining. To this end, SWOT analysis is mainly used to analyze the impact of cloud computing on electronic file integration and security preservation in the context of big data era, and to analyze the positive and negative effects of technology impact on electronic documents.
