摘　　要：笔者提出了基于目前流行的B/S结构,从系统的需求分析和可行性分析出发,确定了系统构架及开发平台,按照需求分析和功能要求确定了系统的总体结构和流程,完成了数据库的分析和设计,并就系统开发所需的技术性指标作出总体规划。In this paper, based on the popular B/S structure, the system architecture and development platform are determined from the analysis of system requirements and feasibility, and according to the requirement analysis and functional requirements, the overall structure and process of the system are determined, the analysis and design of the database are completed, and the overall planning of the technical indicators for the system development is made.
