摘　　要：介绍了宜都兴发化工有限公司800 kt/a硫酸装置焚硫系统运行状况,对比分析了耐火料喷射浇注和传统衬砖两种内衬工艺。从运行情况来看,耐火料喷射浇注工艺与传统衬砖工艺相比有明显优势,主要有以下优点:施工周期短、施工质量稳定、节能环保及维护保养方便,应用于硫磺制酸装置更能确保装置的持续稳定运行。The operation status of 800 kt/a sulphur-burning system in Yidu Xingfa Chemical Co., Ltd. is introduced, and the lining processes of refractory spraying casting and traditional lining brick are compared and analyzed.From the operation situation, the refractory spraying casting technology has obvious advantages over the traditional lining brick technology, such as short construction period and stable construction quality,energy-saving, environmental protection and convenient maintenance,which can be used in sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant to ensure the continuous and stable operation of the plant.
