摘　　要：介绍了陕西锌业有限公司109 m^2流态化焙烧炉设计及施工情况。109 m^2锌沸腾炉炉顶和开孔采用钢纤维混凝土整体浇筑技术,近10年来沸腾炉运行良好。截至2018年6月底,109 m^2流态化焙烧炉累计运行72 831. 023 h,开车率91. 49%,累计生产硫酸1 657. 375 kt,平均产酸速率22. 756 t/h,比设计能力高3. 65%,为锌冶炼生产锌焙砂1 075. 829 kt(折算锌金属量),焙烧强度6. 514 t/(m^2·d)。The design and construction of 109 m 2 fluidizing roaster in Shaanxi Zinc Industry Co., Ltd. are introduced.The top and hole of 109 m 2 zinc fluidized bed furnace are poured with steel fiber concrete.The fluidized bed furnace has been running well in recent 10 years.By the end of June of 2018, the 109 m 2 fluidized bed roaster has been running for 72 831.023 hours, with operating rate of 91.49%.The cumulative production of sulphuric acid is 1 657.375 kt, with an average acid production rate of 22.756 t/h, 3.65% higher than the designed capacity.It is used for zinc smelting to produce zinc calcine of 1 075.829 kt （converted to the amount of zinc metal） with a calcination strength of 6.514 t/（m 2 ·d）.
