摘　　要：介绍了兰州兴业材料保护有限公司设计制造的第四代全溢流槽管式分酸器的结构、原理及特点。全溢流分酸器通过增加1级酸液分配,使大部分的碎瓷环、酸泥等杂质沉积在主槽内,避免其进入分酸槽中堵塞落酸毛管,同时具有分酸均匀,结构简单的特点。The structure, principle and characteristics of the fourth generation full overflow tank tubular acid distributor designed and manufactured by Lanzhou Xingye Material Protection Co., Ltd. are introduced. The full overflow distributor which has the characteristics of uniform acid distributor and simple structure can make most of the impurities such as broken porcelain rings and acid mud deposit in the main tank by increasing the distribution of one grade acid solution, so as to avoid blocking the capillary of the acid separation tank.
