酒石酸美托洛尔配合全面护理在急性冠脉综合征患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察酒石酸美托洛尔配合全面护理在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月～2018年2月南召县人民医院104例ACS患者,采用随机数表法分组,各52例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组予以酒石酸美托洛尔配合全面护理。对比两组疗效、治疗前后心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(SV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)]、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率92.31%(48/52)高于对照组76.92%(40/52)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组LVEF高于对照组,LVESV小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清CRP、cTnT、CK-MB水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:酒石酸美托洛尔配合全面护理治疗ACS患者,可提高治疗效果,减轻心肌损伤,改善患者心功能。Objective To investigate the effect of metoprolol tartrate combined with comprehensive nursing care in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. Methods： From February 2017 to February 2018, 104 ACS patients in our hospital were randomly divided into groups with 52 cases in each. The control group received routine treatment, while the observation group received metoprolol tartrate combined with comprehensive nursing. The efficacy, levels of cardiac function [left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）, cardiac output （SV）, left ventricular end systolic volume （LVESV）], serum C- reactive protein （CRP）, troponin T （cTnT） and creatine kinase isoenzyme （CK-MB） before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31% （48/52）, which was higher than that of the control group [76.92% （40/52）]（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the LVEF of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while LVESV was less than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the serum levels of CRP, cTnT and CK-MB were lower in the observation group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Metoprolol tartrate combined with comprehensive nursing care for patients with ACS can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce myocardial injury and improve cardiac function.
