摘 要:对山西太谷县山西省果树所杏资源圃中表现优异的18个杏品种果实的14项外观性状和15项内在品质性状进行了鉴定、评价。结果表明:所测试杏品种果实外观及内在品质评价均为上。其中单果重37.08~95.85g,可溶性固形物含量9.0%~16.87%,测定的10个杏品种的可溶性糖含量6.39%~11.71%,可滴定酸含量0.75%~1.23%,维生素C含量9.75~14.3mg/100g;核鲜重1.93~4.09g。品质特性优异,鲜食性强,开发潜力大。14 appearancecharacter and 15 internal quality traits of 18 apricot varieties with excellent performance in apricot resource of Taigu Institute of Pomology were determined.The result showed that these apricot varieties all had good quality with their characteristics.The weight of single fruit was 37.08 g^95.85 g.The soluble solid was 9.0%~16.87%.The soluble sugar was 6.39%~11.71%.The titratable acid was 0.75%~1.23%.The content of Vitamin Cwas 9.75~14.3 mg/100 g.The kernel and fresh weight was 1.93 g^4.09 g.These apricot varieties have great potential for development with these excellent quality characteristics.
