大学生村官科技创业服务平台建设比较研究——基于苏、皖、川三省大学生村官创业帮扶政策分析

摘　　要：大学生村官科技创业具有重要意义,大学生村官通过"专业合作社"、"农村电子商务"等方式科技创新和示范创业,有利于提高农村生产力、促进经济结构调整、传播先进文化、引领农民走生态发展道路,但是村官"创业人数比例不高"问题引起了广泛关注。究其根源,除主体"不愿意创业"因素外,创业服务平台建设不完善可能是重要的障碍因素。该文拟通过苏皖川3省大学生村官创业服务的比较,探寻新时期大学生村官创业服务平台建设规律,以期为村官创业及其服务提供参考借鉴。It has a great significance for college student village officials use science and technology to entrepreneur-ship. College students village officials＇ scientific and technological innovation and demonstrated entrepreneurshipthrough ＂Professional cooperatives＂ and ＂Rural e-commerce＂. is conducive to improving rural productivity,promot-ing economic structure adjustment,spreading advanced culture,leading farmers take the road of ecological develop-ment.Inspite of this,the proportion of the number about college student village officials entrepreneurship is not high,this issue has caused widespread concern. In addition to the factors of ＂ they do not want to start＂,the shortcomingsof entrepreneurial service platform is an important obstacle. This paper intends to exploring the rules of constructionof college student village officers entrepreneurship service platform,through the comparison of the service in theprovinces of Jiangsu,Anhui and Sichuan,hoping to provide a reference for the college student village officials＇ busi-ness and their services.
