摘 要:为研究U型加劲板稳定极限承载能力受初始几何缺陷、焊接残余应力以及荷载偏心距等因素的影响,采用考虑几何与材料双重非线性的有限元模拟方法,对各影响因素进行参数分析.结果表明, U型加劲板的稳定极限承载能力受初始几何缺陷的影响明显,而焊接残余应力对其影响较初始几何缺陷更为显著;荷载偏心距对加劲板极限承载力影响明显,极限承载力随偏心距的增加逐渐降低,且偏向U肋一侧时的降低幅度更大.In order to study the influence of the initial geometric defect, welding residual stress and load eccentricity on the stability ultimate bearing capacity of U-rib stiffened plate, the finite element simulation method is used to analyze the parameters of each influencing factor in this paper. The results show that the stability ultimate bearing capacity of U-rib stiffened plate is obviously affected by the initial geometric defect, and the welding residual stress is more significant than the initial geometric defect. The load eccentricity has significant influence on the ultimate bearing capacity of the stiffening plate, and the ultimate bearing capacity decreases with the increasing of eccentricity and it tends to decrease more in the side of the U-rib.
