模拟林间喷雾灭幼脲对栗山天牛成虫的不育效应

摘　　要：研究林间喷雾灭幼脲对栗山天牛(Massicus raddei)成虫的不育效应,采用25%灭幼脲Ⅲ号悬浮剂对栗山天牛成虫进行模拟林间喷雾处理.结果表明:灭幼脲对栗山天牛不仅具有明显的不育性,而且有较强的致死作用.对于栗山天牛,灭幼脲是一种兼有杀虫作用的不育剂,5 000倍液作为不育剂喷雾使用经济有效,若要在喷雾时即时杀死较多天牛可首选3 000倍液.In order to search out a chemosterilant for spraying control the adults of Massicus raddei safely and effectively, sterilizing effects of Diflubenzuron on the M. raddei adults have been carried out with indoor spray method which simulated spraying in forest. Results showed that diflubenzuron not only have obvious sterility, but also have obvious lethal effect. Diflubenzuron for M. raddei adults is a specific insecticide which also has sterility. It can be applied as chemosterilant. It has high safety for person, domestic animal and environment,so it can be the first selection of chemosterilant for the longhorn beetles＇ comprehensive controlling.
