摘 要:全民健身与体育产业的发展之间存在着一种和谐互动、互相促进的关系。随着行政决策机制、市场协调机制以及社会协同机制的日趋成熟,全民健身与体育产业协同发展已成为可能。然而就通辽市而言,政府体育存在惯性、举国体制产生自我保护、核心品牌培育欠佳、体育消费观念落后、社会公共体育服务体系不健全等阻碍了二者之间的协同发展。通过完善体制机制、培育体育市场消费主体、加大体育培训市场的投入力度、规范体育竞赛市场、培养学生终身体育意识等手段,为完善全民健身与体育产业协同发展、优化体育资源配置、激活体育市场等提供理论参考。There is a harmonious and interactive relationship between the development of national fitness and sports industry.With the development of administrative decision-making mechanism,market coordination mechanism and social cooperation mechanism,the coordinated development of national fitness and sports industry has not been impossible.However,inertia of government sports,self-protection of the national system,poor cultivation of core brands,backwardness of the sports consumption concept,imperfection of the social public sports service system,etc.have hindered the coordinated development of national fitness and sports industry.To provide theoretical supports for the coordination of national fitness and sports industry,optimize the allocation of sports resources,activate sports market,and the like,it is necessary to improve the management system of sports,enlarge the potential consumers of sport products,strengthen the sports training market,regulate the sports competition market,and cultivate students' lifelong consciousness of physical education.
