摘　　要：结合工程实例对预制构件和现浇构件施工的各项费用进行对比,分析了预制装配式构件的成本构成以及影响因素,然后从企业的生产、运输、安装以及行业和政府等方面探讨降低预制装配式构件施工成本的有效途径和方法,促进预制装配式构件的应用。This paper compares the cost of prefabricated and cast-in-place construction based on engineering examples, and analyzes the cost structure and influencing factors of prefabricated components, then discusses the effective ways to reduce the construction cost of prefabricated components from the aspects of production, transportation, installation, industry and government. To promote the application of prefabricated components.
