摘　　要：以OBE教育模式为改革核心理念,结合工程管理专业的特点,根据该专业毕业需求量身定制课程目标,修订课程内容,利用多种教学改革方法优化整个课程结构,同时设计了一套完整的教学改革评价体系。实践证明,该教学改革方法是行之有效的。In this paper, the model of OBE is the core notion of education reform, which should be carried out in the light of engineering management specialty, according to the undergraduate requirements to adjust the curriculum objectives and content of courses. A variety of teaching reform methods are used to perfect the curricular structure, and a complete set of teaching evaluation system is designed. Reform ofteaching methods has been proved to be an effective method in the teaching practice.
