摘  要:挖掘机斗杆结构优化过程中建立结构约束体系需进行大量结构建模,存在建模工作强度大、耗时大、自动化程度低等问题,需要探寻一种知识引导的斗杆结构方案智能化设计新方法。通过分析结构类型与结构特征,研究结构特征编码方法,建立结构设计规范知识库,以实现结构方案设计的智能化、批量化、高效化、可视化。以中小型挖掘机耳板分离式斗杆结构为例,构建知识引导的斗杆结构方案智能化设计模块,实现批量斗杆结构方案设计,提高结构约束体系构建效率,为斗杆结构优化设计服务。Countering the deficiencies existing in current establishing structural constraints needs massive structure modeling for stick structural optimization, but problems exist such as high working intensity of designer, the inefficiency in modeling and low automation and so on. A new intelligent structure scheme design method based on feature coding for excavator bucket-arm is investigated in this paper. By analyzing the structure type and structure characters, the paper studies the method of structure characters coding and establishes the design criterion knowledge to realize an intelligent, efficient, and visualized batched structure scheme design. An ear-plate stick is taken as an example to illustrate the establishment of the knowledge-based intelligent structure scheme design module and demonstrate that the module can achieve the intelligent structure scheme design of stick, thus, improving the establishing-rate of structural constraints and providing service to stick structural optimization.
