摘 要:分析建筑信息模型技术与虚拟现实技术在建筑行业中的发展趋势。以问题为导向,通过福州外语外贸学院A1号实训楼项目的具体案例来分析Revit模型创建过程中的问题及关键技巧,并导入Navisworks中进行模型检测、管线碰撞分析与施工建造仿真模拟,且将建筑信息模型多元应用于工程计量计价、渲染及视频制作、3D打印技术中,展望虚拟现实交互平台具有报警、处理问题、身临其境交流协调系统。建筑信息模型是大数据时代的产物,将朝着多元应用方面发展,其与虚拟现实技术的融合势不可挡。Building information modeling technology and virtual reality technology in the construction industry trends was analyzed. Fuzhou University of International Studies and Trade A1 Training Building Project was taken as a specific ease to illustrate the creation process of building information modeling, which was applied to engineering rnetrology list, construction simulation, rendering and video production, virtual reality interaction and 3D in print technology. It was concluded that the building information model was a product of the era of big data and will be developed toward diversified applications, whose integration with virtual reality technology was irresistible.
