摘　　要：[目的]为了观察一种抗猪流行性腹泻病的中药复方制剂的亚慢性毒性。[方法]根据《兽药试验技术规范汇编》中的亚慢性毒性试验技术要求;选用小白鼠进行了亚慢性毒性研究。[结果]试验组与空白对照组实验数据相比差异不显著(P>0.05),表明该复方制剂对小鼠血常规检查和血液生化指标检测没有造成任何不良影响。[结论]临床使用该复方制剂进行治疗安全可靠。[ Objective] To study subchronic toxicity of one traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation against praline epidemic diarrhea. [ Method ] According to the technical requirements of subchronic toxicity test in the Compilation of Technical Specifications tot Veterinary Drug Testing, the subchronic toxicity of mice was studied. [ Result] There was no significant difference（P〈0.05） between data of the experimental group and the blank control group. The results showed that the compound preparation had no adverse effect on blood routine examination and blood biochemical index test in mice. [ Conclusion] The traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation can be sately used tot clinical application.
