摘　　要：针对生物技术专业毕业生动手能力不足、创新能力不强的现状,提出全方位的生物技术专业创新人才培养模式,以"培养学生创新意识和创新能力"为改革主线,构建"实验教学(示范)中心、(国家)重点实验室研究所、校内外实习基地"三大平台,推行"培养创新能力的课程体系、研讨式教学方法、本科教学的高水平创新教学团队、启蒙科学思维创新意识的教授博士论坛、以生物驿站为核心营造本科生主体的学术氛围"五大举措,实施"实验教学创新体系、结合科研的毕业论文、大学生创新项目、省部国家级学科竞赛"四大工程,促进本科教学与科研实践的深度融合,激发了学生的自主学习热情,为全面提升生物技术专业人才培养质量提供参考。Aiming at the current situations of insufficient practical ability and bad innovative ability of graduates in biotechnology specialty, all-round training model of innovative talent in biotechnology specialty was proposed.Taking ‘to cultivate the innovative awareness and innovative ability of students’ as the main line of reform, three platforms of experimental teaching （demonstration） center, （national） key laboratory institute, practice base inside and outside the campus were constructed.Five measures were taken, including curriculum system for cultivating innovation ability, seminar teaching method, a high-level innovative teaching team for undergraduate teaching, professor and doctor’s forum for enlightening scientific thinking and innovative consciousness, creating the academic atmosphere of undergraduates based on biological station.Four projects of experimental teaching innovative system, graduation thesis combined with scientific research, undergraduate’s innovation project,provincial and state academic competition were implemented, so as to promote the deep fusion of undergraduate teaching and scientific research practice,excite the independent learning enthusiasm of students, provide reference for improving the training quality of talents in biotechnology specialty.
