模拟焊后热处理次数对Q370R钢板的性能影响研究

摘  要:主要研究Q370R正火板经过不同次数的模拟焊后热处理后的性能变化情况,并分析了引起变化的原因。研究表明:随着模拟焊后次数增加,无论钢板厚度1/4处还是1/2处的屈服强度和抗拉强度均出现下降趋势,对于0℃和-20℃横向冲击,厚度1/2处呈下降趋势,厚度1/4处呈上升趋势;对于-40℃横向冲击,厚度1/4处和1/2处均下降。The performance change of Q370R normalizing plates after sinmlated welding heat treatment for different times are mainly studied, and the reason for the change is analyzed. Study shows that decline trend appears for the yield strength and tensile strength whether at 1/4 or 1/2 of steel plate thickness with the increase of number of simulation after welding. When the specimens are impacted test at 0 ℃ and -20 ℃ at transverse direction, a downward trend arise at the 1/2 thickness, rising trend appears at the 1/4 thickness. And when transverse impact are carried out at -40 ℃ , both absorb energy- decline at the 1/4 of thickness or at center of plates.
