摘 要:油井开采过程中井筒内的沉积堵塞物是制约油井正常生产,甚至停产的主要原因。为弄清哈拉哈塘油田油井堵塞物的主要成分并对堵塞物的形成位置以及沉积速度进行预测,利用红外光谱、DSC分析仪以及扫描电镜对堵塞物的化学组成、有机物类型以及微观形态进行分析,并建立了适用于描述堵塞物沉积的动态预测模型。结果表明,该区块主要是因蜡的沉积形成的堵塞物,蜡的熔点为71℃,并且建立的动态预测模型与现场实际情况的适配性较好。In the process of oil well production, the sedimentary blockage in the wellbore will restrict the normal production of oil wells, even the phenomenon of production reduction and well shutdown appear. In order to clarify the main components of blockages of Halahatang Oilfield and forecast the position and the deposition rate of blockage, the chemical composition, the type of organic matter and the microscopic morphology of the sediments were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, DSC analyzer and scanning electron microscope, and a dynamic prediction model was established to describe the deposition of the plug. The results show that the main block is blocked by the deposition of wax, and the melting point of the wax is 71 ?. The adaptation of the dynamic prediction model to the actual situation of the field is good.
