特低渗区块注水过程油层保护技术

摘  要:大港油田滨深X区块是低渗特低渗储层,储层物性差,在开发过程中对油层保护的要求高,通过对该区块的储层物性分析和敏感性实验研究,该区块属于矿物以伊蒙混层为主,敏感性试验表明该区块属于水敏性地层,同时该区块的注入水研究,优选了注水水源,并进行了水质检测、指标推荐,为防止注水过程中水敏伤害,优选BCR-3-Ⅰ粘土稳定剂为该区块的防膨剂,根据实验结果,推荐注水指标为A1级,为该区块的注水开发做好了油层保护基础。X block of Dagang oilfield is a low permeability reservoir with poor reservoir property, requiring reservoir protection in the development process. Based on the block reservoir analysis and sensitivity experiments, the block is known as a mineral of illite mixed layer. A sensitivity test indicated that the block belongs to the injected water sensitive formation. Research in this area preferred the source of water flooding, and made the recommended water quality testing. In order to prevent the damage of water sensitivity index in water flooding process, BCR-3- I clay stabilizer was chosen as anti-swelling agent in the block. According to the experimental results, the recommended water index is A1 grade, which means a good reservoir protection foundation for water injection development of the block.
