浓缩血小板产品在创伤外科应用中的问题与思考

摘　　要：目前浓缩血小板产品在临床上得到广泛的应用,但浓缩血小板的命名纷繁复杂,诸多的称谓不利于浓缩血小板在临床上广泛、合理和科学的使用。针对不同组织、不同目的可能需要不同形式的浓缩血小板,称之为浓缩血小板治疗技术或许更为合理。浓缩血小板再活化所产生的多重生物学效用显著,越来越受到创伤组织与再生领域学者们的关注,但浓缩血小板促进各个组织创伤的修复机制仍不明确。另外,浓缩血小板目前尚没有统一的制备方法和评价标准,急需制定浓缩血小板产品的统一标准。本文着重阐述有关浓缩血小板的命名与定义,创伤外科应用中浓缩血小板可能涉及的机制,浓缩血小板产品的标准化问题。希望为浓缩血小板产品在创伤外科的应用研究提供更为清晰的认识,以及理论指导和研究方向。Currently,the concentrated platelet product has been widely used in clinical practice,but the name of the concentrated platelet products is complicated and many names are not conducive to the extensive,rational and scientific use of the concentrated platelet in clinical practice. Different forms of concentrated platelets may be required for different tissues and different purposes. Therefore,the name of enriched platelet therapy （EPT） may be more reasonable. The multiple biological effects resulting from the reactivation of platelet concentrates are significant,and are increasingly concerned by scholars in the field of wound tissue and regeneration. However,the mechanism of platelet enrichment to promote the repair of trauma in various tissues remains unclear. In addition,there is currently no uniform preparation method and evaluation standard for platelet concentrates,and it is urgent to formulate uniform standards for platelet concentrate products. This article focuses on the nomenclature and definition of platelet concentrates,the possible mechanisms of concentrated platelets applied in traumatic surgery,and the standardization of platelet concentrate products.
