摘 要:针对复合绝缘子无损微波检测,设计了一种新型微带阵列天线及其功率分配与馈电电路。通过建立全尺寸模型,利用有限积分法进行全波仿真计算。计算结果表明,该阵列天线工作于微波K波段,工作带宽为22.0~22.5GHz,中心频率为22.24GHz,方向系数达到18.1dBi,辐射特性良好。天线具有结构简单、方向性强、体积小、造价低等优点,非常适用于复合绝缘子无人机微波无损检测系统。In order to reduce the hidden defects of polymer insulators,it is necessary to carry out nondestructive testing on the polymer insulators.The microwave detection is a new method,which makes use of the refraction or reflection characteristics of the microwaves in the interfaces between the defects and the silicone rubber or the core rod.A microstrip patch array antenna is proposed in this article for polymer insulator detection.The array antenna operates at 22.24 GHz(S11-25 dB)as the center frequency.The simulation results show that the array antenna can operate from 22.0 to 22.5 GHz with a return loss higher than 10 dB,the simulated gain of the antenna reaches 18.1 dBi.The antenna has advantages of simple structure,high directivity,low profile,low cost and it is very suitable for unmanned aerial vehicle to carry out microwave detection on polymer insulators on electric transmission lines.
