金属膜凸台高度对微孔雾化器性能的影响

摘  要:为了雾化器在雾化应用时获得稳定且高效的雾量输出,确定了金属膜凸台高度的选择范围。通过对凸台压制模具施加不同气压,压制不同凸台高度的金属膜进行雾化器制样,利用4294A阻抗分析仪和SEM分析样品电性能和微观形貌,通过驱动电路对样品进行雾化量测试。结果表明,金属膜凸台高度为0.23~0.27mm的微孔雾化片电性能稳定,且雾化效率较高。For the atomizer to obtain a stable and efficient mist output during atomization application,the selection range of the height of the metal film boss is determined.Different gas pressures were applied to the boss pressing die,and metal membranes of different boss heights were pressed to perform atomizer sample preparation.The electrical properties and microstructure of the samples are analyzed by 4294 Aimpedance analyzer and SEM,and the samples through the drive circuit to spray test.The results showed that the electric performance of the metal film boss with the height of 0.23 ~ 0.27 mm is stable and the atomization efficiency is high.
