摘  要:通过制备装载松针木栓酮的叶酸修饰的氧化石墨烯材料,并对其抗胃癌细胞作用进行研究.利用MTT法考察叶酸修饰的氧化石墨烯FA/GO/PNC对人胃癌细胞的抑制率;使用western blot法,研究其对胃癌细胞PI3K/Akt/m TOR信号通路的影响.结果表明,该材料对松针木栓酮负载和释药效果良好;体外实验发现其能通过影响PI3K/Akt/m TOR信号通路从而对人胃癌细胞起到较强的抑制作用.The folic acid modified graphene oxide material loaded with pine needle ketone was prepared and its anti - gastric cancer cell effect was studied.The inhibition rate of folate modified graphene oxide FA/GO/PNC on human gastric cancer cells was investigated by MTT.Western blot was used to study its effect on PI3K/Akt/mTOR signalling pathway in gastric cancer cells.The results showed that the material had good effect on the loading and releasing of pine needles.In vitro experiments showed that PI3K/Akt/mTOR signalling pathway could be affected by PI3K/Akt/mTOR, which could inhibit the growth of human gastric cancer cells.
