眼科门诊治疗发生晕厥的护理对策探讨

摘　　要：目的:针对眼科门诊治疗过程中患者出现晕厥的病例,分析其发病成因和特点,深入探讨眼科门诊护理的对策和应采取的应急方案。方法:对某医院眼科门诊就诊治疗时发生晕厥的3例患者进行病例分析。结果:经过及时处理,3例晕厥患者症状均缓解,情况好转。结论:使用有效的应急预防护理措施,可以预防眼科门诊治疗过程中患者晕厥的现象。Objective：To analyze the causes and characteristics of syncope in ophthalmic outpatient treatment,and to explore the countermeasures and emergency plans of ophthalmic outpatient care. Methods：3 cases ofsyncope occurred in the ophthalmic outpatient department of hospital were analyzed. Results：After timelytreatment, the symptoms of 3 cases of syncope were relieved and the situation improved. Conclusion： Effectiveemergency preventive nursing measures can prevent syncope in the course of ophthalmic outpatient treatment.
