临床心理护理对宫颈癌放射治疗患者的预后影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床心理护理对宫颈癌放射治疗(放疗)患者的临床应用价值。方法:选择某三甲医院宫颈癌放疗患者100例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例。除常规护理外,观察组患者增加临床心理护理。比较两组患者放疗前后的生活质量、患者满意度及免疫指标。结果:放疗前,两组患者生活质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。放疗后,观察组患者生活质量表各项均分和满意度均分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);与护理干预前比较,两组患者经过护理干预后的CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+值升高、CD8+值和TNF-α含量下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);干预后观察组患者CD4+及CD4+/CD8+值要明显高于对照组,而TNF-α含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床心理护理可以有效提高宫颈癌放射治疗患者的生活质量及治疗满意度,通过提高患者机体免疫能力,改善预后,提升手术治疗效果,具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective：To explore the clinical psychological nursing in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapyclinical application value.Methods： select a third level and grade A hospital of Anhui Province 100 cases of cervicalcancer diagnosed patients, randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group. In additionto the routine nursing care, observation group of patients increased clinical psychological nursing. Comparing two groupsof patients after radiotherapy, quality of life, patient satisfaction and immune indexes were analyzed. Results：beforeradiotherapy, there was no statistically significant difference in the two groups patients quality of life （P〉0.05）.clinicalpsychological nursing observation group of patients after radiotherapy, the divide and overall quality of life table sectorshealth divide were significantly higher than that of control group ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）：Thesatisfaction degree of the observation group is higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,the difference was statisticallysignificant. Compared with before nursing intervention, the observation group and control group of CD3＋, CD4＋ and CD4＋/ CD8＋ value increases, CD8＋ value and level of TNF alpha drop, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）;Longitudinal comparison results after the intervention, the observation group of CD4＋ and CD4＋ / CD8＋ valuesignificantly higher than that of control group, but the content of TNF alpha is lower than the control group, the differencewas statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：the clinical psychological nursing can effectively improve the qualityof life in patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy and the treatment satisfaction, by increasing the body＇s immuneability, improve prognosis, improve the surgical treatment effect, has good clinical application value.
